  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Domestic delivery when available: 5 to 7 business days.
  • International shipping: Approximately 14 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier related delays. Tracking updates will reflect the most current shipment status.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Shipments refused due to unpaid charges may be refunded minus shipping costs.
  • Resilia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the courier, responsibility for transit rests with the carrier, but we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

  • If tracking shows delivery but the item is missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • Claims for lost or stolen packages may need to be filed directly with the courier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us promptly.

7. Address Accuracy

Providing a complete and accurate shipping address is essential. Resilia is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an address before shipment.
  • Address changes cannot be made once the package is in transit.
